1. Satisfaction Guarantee

TuneBack Online is committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind all of our repair work. If you are not satisfied with the repair services we have provided, we will work to make it right.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or credit under the following circumstances:

  • You are unsatisfied with the quality of the repair work performed
  • The repaired device does not function as described upon receipt
  • The same issue recurs within 30 days of receiving your repaired device
  • We are unable to repair your device and return it to you in its original condition

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or credit, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your repaired device. Please provide:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Your repair order number or device serial number
  • A detailed description of the issue or reason for your refund request
  • Photos or video documentation if applicable

4. Refund Procedures

Upon receipt and approval of your refund request:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the repair, we will attempt to fix the issue at no additional cost
  • If the device cannot be fixed to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund or credit for the repair services
  • If an issue recurs within 30 days, we will perform a re-repair or issue a refund
  • You may be asked to return the device to our facility for re-evaluation

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Shipping costs (both to and from our facility)
  • Diagnostic fees if you choose not to proceed with repair after receiving the quote
  • Repairs completed successfully where the device functions as expected

6. Return Shipping

If a refund is issued for an unrepairable device or unsuccessful repair, you are responsible for the cost of returning the device to our facility. We will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience if applicable.

7. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. If you do not see a refund within 15 business days, please contact us for assistance.

8. Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds for devices that have been damaged due to improper handling, modifications, or use. Additionally, we cannot refund for issues that are not related to the repair work we performed.

9. Device Condition

To be eligible for a refund, your device must be in the same condition as when you received it from us (aside from normal use). Any damage or deterioration that occurs after you receive the device is not our responsibility.
